6 reasons to choose Firefox over internet explorer

Browser war between internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox is well known . People tell that Firefox can’t win. There is no way Firefox can win.OK ! OK! Firefox may not have normal people . But 70 percent of web developers use Firefox and 60 percent of internet learner use Firefox.And people are also leaving Microsoft's side gradually . It is undetectable .But a small amount of common people is also starting use Firefox . Here small amount is used for more than one million people . But there are more internet users then this so this amount is small in respect.I like Firefox for the speed it provides. Some other reasons are as follow.

Security against Phishing

Ever heard about phishing or it sounds fishy. In phishing phisher(attacker) creates a fake page which looks like official page. So you will sign in with your original password and email account and phisher will get your id . Preventing this is possible. Firefox have a huge database of phishing forms and that saves us from hackers.

Downloading Speed

There is a bit difference between downloading process in Firefox and IE . internet explorer scans files while downloading and accept further data only if file is not malicious. Firefox is different . It reads data after downloading . So whole file can be downloaded without any interruption .

Fully customizable with add-on

Firefox have a huge library of addons at addons.mozilla.org. All are free and it is impossible that you cannot find special firefox addon for your special internet related work .(What do you think about it ?)

Tabular Browsing

This is an old concept.But ,remember that Firefox was first to introduce tabular browsing. Many people thinks that they don’t need tabs and also tabs are not hard thing to create. Tell them that there is vast different between tabs and new windows. While opening a new window a new process is created and when you open a tab a special process is not created so your PC gets fewer load than IE .SO it can work faster.

Useful to bloggers

Firefox is an advance browser .It automatically destroy the mistakes done by developer on page. Internet explorer cannot do this so every mistake will be shown and that is not good for speed of browsing .There is also an add-on for bloggers.But I don’t want to tell it.I am expecting readers to find it.

Freeware

Internet Explorer and Firefox both are freeware .But,internet explorer is only for Windows user.Most of software developers uses Linux.(I am not software developer,So don’t ask me anything related to software.I am idiot new guy in that field)And in Linux only web browser is Firefox.

Themes

Firefox has a big amount of theme. They are indeed very attractive . You can be a power computer user by having such theme. I liked windows vista theme when I was using windows XP.(tell us which theme do you use or you just don’t like different colors on desktop)
